The passion for Autograss extends to his family with his wife and step daughter also seen out on the circuit with their Xtreme built cars, forming the basis of #TeamXtreme. This involvement means that Russ is available at race meetings throughout the season for spares or advice, with the added benefit that Russ also has track knowledge on the day.
